I want change the board of Backlog

I want change the board of Backlog. Acutally on my Board I can see the information of Story Points. So I want have more attibutes, so that I can get more Information. How can I do this?

For example right of  "3" I would have another attribute with YES/NO option.

you cannot control "where" info is placed but you can add custom fields to the card layout which will display on line-2. Just go to board settings > card layout.
