I want to calculate how much time an issue is staying in Group A, Group B....etc in "Open" status using script fields. As of now i calculated how much time an issue is staying in Group A, Group B....etc in all status, but i want to calculate only in "Open" status. please share any idea or code related to this.

Hi Mark,

Here we need to calculate How long a Group Assignee A, Group Assignee B spent time to be shown  in only Open status only and we achieve it but further we need to implement timings to calculate as per "Time to SLA" plugin in Script Field code and that came as a challenge.
