Hello @Gajanan Munde

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you provide a screen image of the request and point out the place where you want to see DELIVER changed to CPLAT?

Hello @Gajanan Munde

Thank you for those screen shots.

CPLAT and DELIVER are Projects in your Jira instance. With the Move Issue option you should be able to move an issue from one project to another.

Click the ... button above the Details panel in the issue you want to move.

Select Move. The next screen gives you options to select the project to which you want to move it, and the option to change the issue type as part of the move.

If the source issue type doesn't exist in the destination project you will have to specify the issue type.

Note that there are permissions required to access this functionality. You must have the Move Issue permission in the source project and the Create Issue permission in the destination project.

What are the project types? You can get that information from the Type column on the project list page available from Projects > More Projects > View All Projects.

There can be some data loss when you move issues between projects. For example if the source project is Team Managed and uses project-specific Custom Fields, those fields don't exist in other projects so the data in those fields will be lost. You may want to make a clone of the source issue first and try to move the clone to see what will happen.
