I want to import the attachments from one ticket system to jira via CSV

Joby John January 11, 2023

Am currently migrating the ticket details via csv

Assignee, Summary, Description, Comment, Comment, Comment, Attachment
joby,test ticket, description is test, comment1, comment2, https://redmine.com/attachments/012

Now how do i make sure the data import is successful since the attachment URL is not a public one? We need authentication to view the attachment. Is there any way i can provide my login credentials with the URL during the import? please help.. :)

Hi @Joby John

Please take a look at this documentation cause it might help you https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/importing-from-bugzilla-fogbugz-on-premises-or-redmine-to-jira-cloud-779160756.html

However this problem I would assume that it's more of a redmine issue, than a Jira issue.

Thanks have already looked into the documentation.
