I want to include change request in issue type

I want to include change request in issue type drop down . When change request is selected Jira should follow the work flow for change request .

Hi @anasuya,

You have to add the issue type to your issue type scheme and associate the issue type with the workflow in your workflow scheme.

Hi @anasuya , 

You will have to add the issue type to your issue type scheme; You can then decide the flow based on the state the issue is in.

For example - The requestor can request a change, after that it will go to the project team to evaluate and then have the workflow send it for approval.

The approval can be created as a subtask which will block the parent issue untill the subtask is completed.
