There has to be a query or something that can be ran on the database to get me the information I'm looking for.
Hi Ken,
Let me answer this question from a Bitbucket Server point of view.
You can use the steps on the How do I find which users count against my Bitbucket Server license? article to retrieve the licensed accounts in Bitbucket Server.

hi Caterina,
Can you please provide the query for Oracle database as I don't want to install the plugin. Is it possible?

Hi Ken,
The best way to get that information in a consistent way across versions is to use the plugin.
The database structure could change at any time without any notice.
Is there any specific reason preventing you from installing the plugin?
Caterina
