I want to send email to admins when Original estimate is edited.

Can I restrict Groups to edit Original estimate.???

As a lead I will add original estimate on the Issue.Can I restrict groups to edit Original Estimate. If not then users will remove watchers and edit the Original estimate and then add the watchers. 

Then As a Lead I am not able to get notified for the change. I want to get notified for that.

If I Cannot restrict Groups to edit Original estimate.??? Then At least I have to add a Automation email and get notified for Changes on Original Estimate. 

How to achieve this, There is no field in automation rules for Original Estimate.

FYI, I have Automation for Jira Plugin.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prevent users to edit a specific field, however, you can use the Automation for JIRA plugin to properly notify you when the Original Estimate or the Remaining Estimate field is changed.

The correct field to configure in your Automation rule is the Time Tracking field:

Performing it, the e-mail will be sent for every change performed on the Original Estimate or the Remaining Estimate fields. This works this way because both fields are related and its value dependent on each other.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to restrict or get notifications for only the Original estimate.

As mentioned before, both Original estimate and Remaining Estimate fields are related and its value is dependent on each other. The idea would be to use both fields as a single field.

In fact, it even displays as a single field on the new issue view and when you add the field to your project screens (It is added as time tracking and not as separated fields).

that been said, I think that it is not recommended to make any changed to the Remaining Estimate field once it is configured initially too, so I think this notification may also be relevant to you.
