Hello
I would like to extract my Jira project into an excel file.
DO you know how to do it?
Thanks
CLaire
Hi @Claire Marchand ,
If you don't insist on the Excel format, you can alternatively give a try to PDF format to share your project details with managers or colleagues. partner without a Jira access.
One way to flexibly export the fields you need to a PDF document is by using the Better PDF Exporter app. If you collect the fields you need in the Issue Navigator and export from there you can get a nicely formatted PDF document that you can share like this:

(Please note that Better PDF Exporter is a paid and supported app and I'm a member of the team behind it.)
What do you mean by 'extract my project'? You can export the results of a filter to excel. You can't export a project, which would include screens, workflows, permissions, etc.

my idea is to share my roadmap via excel with all tickets listed and the timing (when ly colleagues do not have a JIRA license). But maybe the simplest way is to ask for a Jira access...
