I would like to extract my Jira project into an excel file.

DO you know how to do it?

Hi @Claire Marchand ,

If you don't insist on the Excel format, you can alternatively give a try to PDF format to share your project details with managers or colleagues. partner without a Jira access.


One way to flexibly export the fields you need to a PDF document is by using the Better PDF Exporter app.  If you collect the fields you need in the Issue Navigator and export from there you can get a nicely formatted PDF document that you can share like this:

What do you mean by 'extract my project'? You can export the results of a filter to excel. You can't export a project, which would include screens, workflows, permissions, etc.

my idea is to share my roadmap via excel with all tickets listed and the timing (when ly colleagues do not have a JIRA license). But maybe the simplest way is to ask for a Jira access...

No, you're not going to get what you want. Yes, giving them access to JIRA would be the answer
