Hello team
I would like to understand what are the consequence if i do a an update , than i do a rollback ? What kind of problems may be occur ??
I do not like to take risk .
Regards
Hi @Karim Belhadj usually and in theory there should be any issues when rolling back. I tend to do a full backup every time before I upgrade JIRA. Try to take a full backup of your DB before you roll back just to be sure and do some tests after you've rolled back your instance.
Also you can find some information here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/rolling-back-a-jira-application-upgrade-938846960.html
@Mihai Schwarz thann you , but what you mean about there should be any issues when rolling back ??
So i will lost my issues when i roll back or what ???
Regards

Yes, you will lose anything entered between the backup you took and the point at which you chose to roll everything back.
But you should have everything you had when you took the backup.
