Hi @aruna_chandu ,

Welcome to the community.

You can add shortcuts from your jira project. In the Left side bar, you see "Shortcuts". Once the video is added to any of the storage as mentioned by  @Dave Mathijs , you can then link to your project.

When a user opens any ticket, the added shortcut will be on the left sidebar.

That's even a better suggestion @Rilwan Ahmed

Thanks @Rilwan Ahmed  and @Dave Mathijs  for the suggestions.

Shortcuts is good idea. Can i create folders and sub folders in that?

As I have around 100 recordings all together for different modules.

@aruna_chandu ,

You cannot create folders and sub folders in shortcuts, but you can add different urls.
I would suggest, create folders/subfolders in any storages like google drive, your confluence etc and then add the link of those folders/subfolders in the shortcuts

Hi @aruna_chandu welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are a few possibilities:

  • Store the video on Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint or another cloud storage and link the URL from the Jira issue
  • Use Confluence: Upload the video to a Confluence page, link that page from your Jira issue
  • Attach the video directly to the Jira issue if it doesn't exceed the pre-defined size limit
