IIH-20780 ticket is not visible in our que in Innovista medical Centre

We manage a que with the name of Innovista Medical Center and we have this ticket https://innovistahealth.atlassian.net/browse/IIH-20780 in our que but its still not showing in our inprogress que ?

Why ?

This is still with our agent and she can se in my open que. please share the reason why ?

i suppose you have verify that your ticket is ok with the filter used by your kanban
