IP Allowlisting and mobile apps

I am curious on if we apply IP Allowlisting to our Jira cloud instance how would that affect the mobile apps?

so if everyone comes from IP 1.2.3.4 and we only allow IP allowlisting for that IP can a mobile app connect? 

If that breaks the mobile app from connecting, what other options would we have to allow Mobile apps to connect?

You can validated all the IP's and domains in this link: IP addresses and domains for Atlassian cloud products 

In the mobile, if you use corporate wifi network, usually this will not appear problems. (If these network corporate policies don't block any of IP's/Domains)
