Hi All,
Today When I was trying to edit insight plugin configuration, I saw icons which we used for object schema are not loading and disappeared. Please find the screenshot for reference.
Can someone suggest what might be the issue.
Hi @Vasanta Kumaar ,
Are the other icons appearing on your instance (issue type icons, priority icons)? If not, probably tomcat cache is corrupted and you need to restart JIRA.
If they appear, so probably you need just to disable/enable insight plugin.
The last chance is to restart JIRA cleaning plugins cache.
JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
Hope this helps,
Fabio

We also noticed, some of the objects displayed with No Value, but we open, I can see the values in it.

There's something wrong in that plugin. Could you try to unistall it and install it again?

Sure, will try to uninstall & Reinstall the Plugin and update you.
Do I need to take data backup or just uninstall will work.
Thanks,

Data should be stored at DB level and unistalling plugin does not affect that tables! So you can go ahead. Do you have a test environment to test it first?

Thanks for your help, Base url was changed by our network team, which got to know late. Now after updating it works fine.
