If we add a new workflow status Does it cause any integration issues with Jira and Bigbucket?

I have added a new status at the end of the workflow by allowing all transitions does this cause any integration issue with Jira and big bucket Please help

No, adding another workflow will not hurt the integration.

how does Jira and Bitbucket integration takes place?

"Jira issues are no longer showing associate branches,commits and pull requests in the ticket" this is the complaint from user end.

I have no idea on this integration I added a new status in the workflow by allowing all the transitions yesterday. they raised this issue today

They are associated with the ticket/issue itself and not the workflow.
