Hi Folks ,

Im working for an Atlassian Marketplace Partner company .

My job is to talk about our products in the marketplace and same time help the community and answer their questions .

I see that i can write articles , but i would like to know if it's possible to mention our Atlassian plugins with links and descriptions in articles ?

One other question , actually i get the badge RISING STAR , how i can make the badge Marketplace partner to make it visible to everyone ?

Thank you in advance

Best Treagrds

Hi @karim -Atlassway- , if you have not yet done so I would start with the Guidelines. There is specific section titled Partners and therein there is a long to partner guidelines. If you still have questions let us know.

cheers!

Hi @Jack Brickey  @Bill Sheboy

thank you for your return .

i see that I need to access partner portal to get the lozenge ( marketplace partner ) but here I’m using my gmail account which is added as primary in the team of vendor .

when I request portal partner access I see that I should use my company email but I need to use this private one which is also added as team member in vendor of course .

How can I deal with that ?
thank you

GUys ,

U received the following email :

G'day karim

Unfortunately, we do not allow generic third-party emails such as @Gmail, @yahoo, etc. for user access to our systems - please set up an AtlassianID with your corporate email, and link the two accounts to proceed towards access.

To create a new My.Atlassian.Com account:

  1. Sign up for AtlassianID at My.Atlassian.Com

  2. Open the confirmation email and confirm your email address

To link this MAC account to existing ones

  1. Log in with both of your accounts at My.Atlassian.Com, and follow these guided steps to connect MAC accounts

  2. Use your business email account for Partners websites (Partners Confluence, JIRA, etc.) - we require a partner * email address to allow you access to our systems, and do not allow gmail, yahoo, etc. generic emails.

If you are not an Atlassian Expert or do not have a corporate email for an Atlassian Expert, you may be requesting access to the wrong systems.

Cheers, Partners JIRA

First thing, I am neither working for a vendor partner nor have I done so...

I suggest bringing those broken links to Atlassian's attention.  And, the policy on using only a company email address for that marketplace indicator makes sense to me.
