I've run into an issue multiple times relating to copying and pasting screenshots and other images.
When creating a ticket based on an email, copying and pasting the email (including images) works fine (for me) and the images remain visible when I re-open the ticket but when someone else opens the same ticket the images don't load.
The workaround is to copy and paste and then download, save and upload each image. Obviously this can get painful if we're talking about a lot of images in an email.
This isn't an issue for me exclusively, if ticket is created by someone else the same way then I can't see the images but they can.

@Kelvin Antaw If you inspect the images where are they linked to? Also are you using Jira Core or Jira Service Management?
I have same issue. I am using core jira. If I take a screenshot and paste it directly in jira. It's not visible to others. But I can see it.

watching as we are struggling with the same kind of issues;
1. Creating a copy of an issue looses all images
2. Cannot right click copy and paste images over to the Jira ticket.. have to take a screen shot of the original image and paste it.
3. User who originally pasted can see image fine, but images are lost when the issue is revisited showing 'image unavailable' error. Surrounding text remains in place as expected.
