Impact field

The 'Impact' field is not present on the form you are viewing. How can i view all field when creating an issue.

Is this a Next-Gen or Classic project? If Classic, are you in the new view or classic view?

If you've created a custom field, you need to ensure the field is added to the appropriate screen. These instructions will differ depending on your project type.

If you can let us know if this is a field you've created or some other field you're trying to view, I can provide specific instructions :)

Stephen I've been using both the new & classic view of which I'm not so fond of the new view as it does not help to view all custom fields. Hope Atlassian will have the option to choice between the classic and new views.

When you say view all custom fields, what are you referring to?

You can still choose to switch between new and classic view for Classic Jira Software Projects - to do this:

1. Press your user icon in the top-right corner - and select "Personal Settings"
2. Under Jira Labs, toggle the "New Jira Issue View" on or off

For Next-Gen projects, only the new view is available.
