I have just migrated a JIRA instance from standalone server to a new JIRA Cloud acocunt, using WebDAV. All went well except that I don't see how to import my attachments.
I have copied the attachment folder (with all its subdirectories) to the webdav root directory but see no way to import it or point the JIRA Cloud instance to it. The "Migrating from JIRA Server to JIRA Cloud" docs discuss finding and transferring the attachments but not importing them.
Thanks in advance for any tips.
It occurred to me that JIRA might just look for a .zip file instead of the unzipped folder. I tried that, and they imported. Problem solved.
Hi Kevin, JIRA Cloud only allows uploading of one zip file. How did you manage to attach both the backup zip file generated by the JIRA backup feature, as well as the attachments?
