Importing the Team Members field from a CVS file to Jira

Hello, I'm preparing to load a large number of issues for my project. We have a field called "Team Members" within the issue type in Jira that allows us to include team users. I'm doing several tests to ensure this field works when importing via bulk CSV to Jira, but I'm not succeeding. I've tried including the email addresses of the users or their usernames, but it doesn't recognize it. When it's a single user in the Team Involved field, it converts it to Assignee. Can anyone help me?

Hi @chernandez  - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

A couple of things - you need to create a custom field that you want the users to go into. It should be of multiple user picker field if you want multiple users to go into this field. Then in your CSV file, use the email address of the users separated by a comma.
