Impossible to add users to a projet I created or assign reviewer role to users

Hi,

I have recently created a JIRA project and I was not able to add users to the project, modify their roles in the project , or assign roles such as "Reviewer" for a task.
For instance, when I try to modify Reviewer, I get "No Options", a screenshot is shown below.
I contacted my company's administrator who added users for me. I would like to create another project and I don't want to disturb him each time I need to add users or modify roles.

Can you please help me because this situation is not comfortable for him of for me?

Hello, Welcome to the community. 

It seems that you cannot update or assign the user fields in the Instance. It is all due to permission. 

as you said - you created the project? You asked for Jira Admin to create for you or do you have permission as Jira admin?

if you’re unable to assign users then check in the project permission schema for the below: (and based on below make sure you’re in the correct permission wherein you can perform role than your site admin)

• users to be assigned should be in Assignable permissions 
• user assigning others should have assign permissions.

Since admin can assign to other users then global permissions could be fine, check for global permission to have browse users permissions enable to all users (in this a user can browse other users) - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/managing-global-permissions-776636359.html
