Impossible to create Quick filter on a new fiels I created

Hello,
I've create a new fiels called "Stakeholders" in my JIRA project to list "Stakeholders" assigned to a specific ticket (multi select field) and I'd like to create Quick Filters for 2 or 3 stakeholders that have lot of tickets "assigned".
But I can't create a Quick Filter on this new field.
I have this error message (sorry for the FRENCH...) :
Can you help me ?

From your description it sounds like you have created a multi user picker field and want to use the same field in quick filter rite ?
Is it possible for you to tell me in English what that error is saying ?
PS: I did try to creating user picker field and add in user picker field it is working fine.
