We have a custom field that we would like to restrict the users who can change this field in the tickets to only one group.
For example:
The field is to be updated once the ticket has been included in the release notes.
The choices are Yes / No.
Once the documentation team adds the ticket to the Release Notes they update the field to Yes. Only the documentation team should update the field to yes.
Hi Melissa,
I don't think it is feasible at the custom fields level.
May be if you add a screen to a workflow transition have that field on it and restrict the transition to the documentation team only.
Best of luck!

Could you mark Fadoua's answer correct with the tick next to it? That will stop your reminder emails and credit her in full for the answer.

I was looking for a way to mark it - i see 3 dots I don't but they are not to mark the response in a positive/complete way. The option is only "report inappropriate content'

@Melissa_Liottawhat Nic was trying to say if I got it right is: if you are satisfied with my answer you can accept it

I do not see/have that. There is nothing beside the 2 votes half up arrow. ;)

@Melissa_Liotta it looks like you have two separate community accounts:

My guess is you are logged in with the wrong account!
