As explained in my recent comment, I encourage you to watch our Dynamic Forms for Jira Cloud app, as hopefully in the future we'll be able to support more fields, and accommodate the use case you described to display an additional text field under a radio button.

I am not understanding your question here. Could you please provide more details? It appears you have a custom text field? What behavior are you wanting with this text field.

I want to create one Radio Button custom field in jira cloud.

Testing Field name:
1.Testing
2. QA
3. Bug
4.Others

If any one select Others value need to show text field to write some description .

Ok I understand. Unfortunately, OOTB, that capability does not exist. While you can have "Other" as an option it does not offer a text box. I have seen where others in the Community have accomplished this with Scriptrunner addon using the Behaviors function. I'm sure there are other addons that could achieve as well.
