In my jira project the backlog is hidden. So that I cannot see the tasks in my board. Can you help?

I created the tasks in jira, but I cannot see them in my kanban board. I do not know why, but I guess that due to upsense of backlog

Hi @Aizhan Kuanyshova  you can solve this problem by navigating to the board settings . I have attached  image below . this might help :)kanaban  12.pngkanban backlog 1.png

Hi Aizhan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

When issues are created, they go to the first step in your workflow. Oftentimes, that is the Backlog status. And often, the Backlog status is not directly on the board, but in the Backlog section of the Board configuration. 

If you navigate to the Backlog menu option, you should see your issues.
