Hi,

I noticed that in one project admin is able to archive an issue while on another project it can't. What configuration is missing?

in both project permissions admin configured to be able either archive a project or issues.

Kindly,

Gilad

Hello @Gilad Shtern ~ have a look here and if that doesn't help, maybe provide a screen shot of the permission scheme?  https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/archiving-an-issue-968669980.html

Hi @Laurie Sciutti , I saw this article and it didn't solve the issue.

To be explicate, in project A admin is able to archive by More>Arch while on project B admin can't.

Kindly,

Gilad
