It could be a glitch @María Alejandra Londoño Gómez
Let's see by Monday if you still have it then we can report it to Atlassian
Will that work?

@Tinker FadouaI was able to fix it and it is because of the size of the backlog.
If I take the backlog arrow to the right I see only one column.
Tell me if you understand me

@María Alejandra Londoño Gómez I do understand you, however it is an unusual behaviour. You should only see one panel on the side
Hold on Maria are you seeing the same info on both panels? Or different info?

Different info is what you should see. The problem is why is it divided because the issue details should be under one same panel. I am thinking a glitch.
Let's see like I mentioned earlier if it will resolve by itself by Monday if not I will give you the link to raise a support ticket with Atlassian
When did you notice this problem?

Hello @María Alejandra Londoño Gómez and @Tinker Fadoua
I am seeing this behavior also for the backlog view, with two different browsers. This appears to be an intentional update to the UX.
Kind regards,
Bill

I am also using Jira Cloud. Perhaps it has not rolled out to all servers yet and that is why we are seeing different things.
Thanks,
Bill
