Inside under Projects settings there is a page for Subtask Templates. I would like help from someone who can show me how I can use templates I create there.

Hm.  Looks like this is an add-on I'm not familiar with.  Are you the Jira Admin, @Alby Siby ?  If so, you should be able to get the documentation link from the Manage Apps screen to get more info.  https://<yourjiraurl>/plugins/servlet/upm?source=side_nav_manage_addons

If you're not the Admin, reach out to your admin for assistance.
