Instance Health check fails

Krunal Pandit June 14, 2021

Created Jira Data center by following steps mentioned in below URL

https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/marketplace/dc-apps-performance-toolkit-user-guide-jira/#mainenvironmententerprise

In this URL mentioned that we need to use Jira-Software version (The Data Center App Performance Toolkit officially supports 8.13.4, 8.5.12)

Database needs to use is PostgresSQL and version 11.

Once I started Jira then am getting below problems.

What needs to done in this. I followed steps and selected same value as mentioned in URL still this comes.

Hi @Krunal Pandit - It seems that you are on JIRA 8.5.x and postgresql 11 is not compatible

@Krunal Pandit I believe the link you shared is for AWS setup. The health check says 8.5 is incompatible with Postgresql 11 which seems to be correct with the spported platform page. I also understand your concern. Atlassian must make it clear on the link that you have shared

Yes @Niranjan , as that mentioned in that link. I can't make changes otherwise other operation will not work or fail. So, it needs to change in documentation.
