Several users are unable to load backlog, Kanban or big picture screens. It will happen intermittently, for different projects, different people and different screens. You just get the side bar and not tickets load. Some are using Chrome and some edge. There was a similar think a couple of years ago where there was a Chrome fix but this is across browsers

not sure as it happens for a while and then stops. I will get them to delete but they have now messaged to say its all working again (until the next time)

Then I suggest to submit a support request with Atlassian directly for further troubleshooting.
