Internal server error in sandbox jira cloud while moving status

Hi Team,
Changing the status in a issue sends a "Internal server error".  Kindly fix this issue at the earliest.

• What status is the issue currently in and what status are you trying to transition to?
• Is it only effecting this one issue or are other issues of the same issue type having the problem?

Please, check workflow, at current step. Is there any customization?

Maybe it's faulty conditions/validators or postfunctions?

ensured that there is no validators or conditions set for those workflows. It is happening in QA environment. Working fine in prod.

You can open browser console, with F12, and there, in Console tab (in footer section) or in Network tab (in upper section) you can look for requests, which are executing when you make any actions. There can be more information. 

Error message in UI is not very informative, unfortunately.
