Invitation douesn't work

Hi,

the invitation Link  opens a wrong page (not for registration but for logging in):

Using the registration link  (right, down) says the user already exists.

Please help me.

Hi @Michel welcome to the Atlassian community.

May I know what invitation link you are trying to register? the invitation link if you wish to login with a different credentials, then try opening the URL in the incognito browser. This way, the Atlassian tool won't automatically sign you in but opens the intended page.

Jira invitation link.  I won't registier with an other e-mail (it was only a try).

The main issue:  With the JIra invitation link  get th eform for logging  in, not for completing the registration

Problem solved. The user  had site access in the past.
