this is likely a support form request, however I've been getting an error for the last three weeks when trying to submit one (maybe you could help with that too...).
We've recently added a new user and they are not receiving their invitation via email. We have resent the email several times and also removed and added the user again. He did receive an email from Tempo when his hours were approved (obviously logged by someone else), so the email is definitely correct and Tempo had no issues with the connection.
I've seen someone had that problem before here where it got fixed, might be a similar issue?

I would recommend the raise ticket with Atlassian https://support.atlassian.net they will analyze the issue and provide the solution
Again, I understand that would be the correct route, but the support form has been returning an error every time I try to do so, as I have said in my original post.

I had not tried on a mobile before receiving your suggestion, but unfortunately it's also not working.

I get an error when trying to submit the request. Either "something went wrong, please try again later" or the wheel just keeps spinning and nothing happens.
