Is Gantt chart in Jira depends only on sprint duration?

Suppose, I started a sprint from 20 December 2022 to  28 December 2022.  Later I changed the date of completion of one task under this sprint to 31 December 2022. Will the Gantt chart duration remain same according to sprint duration or will it change to 31 December 2022.

Great. In case it helps, you can probably discover the answer fairly easily by clicking on the "Apps" pull down in your Jira menu — then look for an app with "Gantt" in its name.

There are some that do not include Gantt in the name — but most do.
