Is It possible to create our own page layout on JIRA Issue view?

Since the new Jira issue view was introduced, a lot of our custom fields are hidden or are way too far at the bottom of the pages.
Is it possible to redesign or recreate a new page layout on Issue view?

Answer accepted

No, the page layout is done in the code in the core of Jira. You have no access to change code on Cloud.
