Is Jira free to use?

Can I use Jira for my personal projects for free?, Do I have to download something or is all Internet based?

JIRA is available in three flavors (Server, Data Center, and Cloud). Each of them follow a different pricing structure. You can read more about pricing and licensing here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing
