Is anyone else having JIRA 7.13 behavior issues on Safari 13.0.5?

Is anyone else having issues with JIRA (v7.13.1#713001-sha1:5e06076) in Safari Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11)? The site functions fine when in a private window but otherwise it does not.

I did not make any changes to our JIRA instance. This problem presented itself about a week ago.

I am the jira administrator for my org and have very few mac users.  I have been unable to replicate this outside of my machine.

Works for me with Jira 7.13.8 and Safari Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11) showing a regular Jira project, not Service Desk though. Worth disabling all extensions and retesting?

Also, you might want to obfuscate some of the issue details?

Thanks Matt. I updated the tickets.  This behavior exists in both service desk and jira projects.  Thanks for asking the clarifying question - I should have mentioned that in my original post.
