Is anyone having issues with Shortcut Keys in the Jira Cloud?

This morning, a few of our users are advising they cannot utilize shortcut keys - specifically 

“e” = Edit Issue

“a” = Assign Issue

“o” = View Selected Issue

These were working fine yesterday, but we've seen no changes to the shortcuts available and it's not consistent across teams. Everyone that has had this issue has also logged out and back in as well.

Is anyone else having issues with this today?

Thanks for that input - it seems to be working for some folks in our group and not others. Not sure what's causing this.

i wonder if this is a browser issue? worth comparing notes w/ those for which it works.

I'm sending a note out to our users today - most of us use Chrome as we have issues with logging in on IE.
