Is is possible to create a board for backlog issues?

Hi, I really new to JIRA software so I will have a lot of questions...

1. We have a number of different status in our JIRA Project and which are assigned to issues in the Backlog which are used to move issues through a review process with different departments prior to creating an active sprint for the developers. Is is possible to have a board view of these rather than looking at a list?

Hi @Claire Theuma and welcome to the Community!

If your project is company managed, then yes, you can create multiple boards on top of issues in the same project (or even for issues coming from multiple projects at once).

Hi Walter, thanks so much for your reply I will check this out over the next couple of days. I do have another question on how can I configure the columns in the backlog list view and add in attributes to this list view....should I post it to the community again?
