Is it possible to add a manual value in project picker field ?

Hello Team,

The scenario is that we want a value "Others" in project picker field. 

Is it possible to add a manual value in project picker field through scripts or through any other medium ?

Since the project picker field selection is tied to a project adding an additional option would most likely cause an error when it is saved.  You might be able to add other through a script but I think it would break when you go to save it.
