Is it possible to change the language of the JIRA UI?

I've set both the default language and indexing language to SPANISH, yet all the JIRA UI is still in english. Is there a way to have the UI translated?

People use the default language unless they choose to override it in their profile - go to your profile, edit it, and you should see a field for your chosen language. Spanish is one of the options.

Yup, also in Spanish (I even double checked. I went to my profile > personal settings and I had already changed it). So confused
