Is it possible to create a DCVS account GitHub link w/out being the GitHub Org Admin?

I have a request to create a DCVS link between a Jira Data Center project and a GitHub Eprise Org that I don't have access to, for security reasons. I have the id and secret, supplied by the user and admin of the GitHub Org. When I attempt to configure the account, I'm able to authorize on GitHub because I have access to other organizations, but the repos never appear in Jira.

I'm guessing the answer is yes, you have to be the admin of the GH Org in order to set this up. If anyone knows of knows of a way that doesn't involve us making each other admins of each other's platforms in order to set this up, I'd be happy to hear about it.

  1. Ensure the account you are using is added into developer role of jira project.
  2. Ensure the account used for integration has full access / developer access in Github.
  3. Use the same account to confugure generate oauth key & oauth secret.
  4. Once configured, you can see the repo's in dropdown.

So the answer is yes then. I don't have full access to the Github Org so I can't set it up. Thanks.
