Is it possible to create collapsable panel (like "Issue Details" / "Description" ) in JIRA?

Hi

We want to have separate panel (collapsable panel ) in Issue View page. And, want to have few fields in that which can be editable. 

There is option to create tabs. but not for creating panel.

How to create such a panel with fields that can be editable ?

You cannot create Panel with JIRA vanilla but you may be able to do so using an app such as Scriptrunner.

Thanks for the response. 

I am aware of Script Runner Web fragments/panels. We have build something based on that. but that would be just ready only. 

I want to create section (similar to "Issue Details" ) and list of the custom fields under that. so that user can edit and update the custom fields. 

is there a way to do it?  Appreciate your help!
