Is it possible to create custom related fields in Jira?

Hello, I want to know if it is possible in Jira to generate two related selection fields, such as when the country is selected in one field and in the other field only the provinces of the country selected in the first field are loaded.

Have you tried cascading select field? 

Cascading select field will help to list secondary options, based on selected primary option,
