Is it possible to create single Portfolio Plan / (View) from Multiple Plans

Is it possible to create single Portfolio Plan / (View) from Multiple Plans? So for example, Report on Initiatives across multiple portfolio plans? 

So every team has own plan, but highest level initiatives should be shared across all plans. Then I would like to create Plan which would have all these high-level initiatives and would be fed from all team plans.

That would be the Program view you are referring to. For more info, see the documentation over here.

Have a look at your current version of your Portfolio app. Programs are available as a fully released feature on Server since version 2.6.

On Cloud the feature has not been included (yet). Have a look at JPOCLOUD-1767 for further follow-up on that.

Thank you for this. Hopefully, they will release Program functionality to Cloud version soon as we are using Jira Cloud.
