You can try the built-in days in columns to get the necessary data.

But If you're ok with third-party add-ons, you can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It provides more abilities than built-in solutions. This add-on generates a Time in Status report (and 6 more reports) and shows time in status data directly on the Jira card layout.

Yes.

Go to Board setting -> Card Layout. In the lower part where you have the Active sprints, add Status and save.

I am sorry, I am so used to everyone using Company Managed projects that I forgot to ask what version you had.

On a team based project, I don't think you can do that, unfortunately.
