Is it possible to modify information shown on Agile board for split Stories?

Default look for our team board is to be displayed by the Stories.

We split Stories into sub-tasks a lot and the information provided in this row is very often just not enough and we would like to add more.

Is it possible to show more information in the horizontal Story label/row on agile board? See area marked with green rectangle. (i.e. from addons)

Adding fields to cards

You can configure cards on a board to display up to three additional fields. The fields can be different for the Backlog and Active sprints, if you are using a Scrum board.

1. Go to the desired board and select Board > Configure.
2. Click Card layout, then add or delete fields as desired.

I asked about split Stories as shown above. Defining the settings as you described applies only to standalone Stories which I dont need.
