Is it possible to only show JIRA's "Add-ons" menu option on the sidebar for certain projects?

I added a new plugin for qTest to our JIRA instance. After installing the new plugin all the projects have the Add-ons sidebar menu option with qTest as an option. However, only one project is currently using the qTest plugin. Is it possible to hide the Add-ons option from all of the projects except for the one that is using the plugin?

Dear @Chris Flynn,

in most cases the 3rd party plugin vendor has to add functionality to dis-/enable an add-on per project. Best you ask your vendor for help.
