Is it possible to rename the section headers "Details", "Sub-Tasks", "Activities", "People", "Dates".
I would like to change "Sub-Tasks" to something more meaningful in the Project.
Any help or advise would be appreciate.

Yes, change the language. Or rather, the words used by the language pack you are using for your language.

Or a simpler way is to use the buildt in possibility to create new issue types for sub-tasks. If you go to the "Manage Issue Types" section as an jira-administrator, you can create new sub-task issue types and name them by anything you want. Then you just have to add these new sub-tasks named by you to your issue type scheme for your project. Done.

New sub=task types won't solve the display of all the wording in the headers. It'll just let you have sub-tasks with a name other than "sub-task"
