We use a Jira Cloud project for support tickets.
We have a custom field which is used to indicate which company the support ticket relates to (there are 3 companies).
I want to report on time to resolution by company and priority, is this possible without having to use a plugin?
The kind of report you are looking for is not possible without plugin.
Workaround - You can try to use the resolution time report There you can see the length of time required to resolve issue per day/month/year
Here you can create separate filter for company and priority
like company = "XYZ" and Priority = "ABC" and apply that filter to the resolution time report.
